The hallmark of Midway Pharmacy is
"filling prescriptions." This process has changed dramatically
over the 20+ years the store has been in existence. In 1983 we were one of
the first pharmacies in the county to become computerized. Even
that has changed with the advent of more sophisticated software that
allows for scanning of prescriptions for drug interactions,
allergies, appropriate doses, and even disease-state information.
Even though technology has become a large part of pharmacy, all of
our pharmacists live here in Grayson County and feel a kinship to those we serve. There
is always time to talk about the farm, the weather, and even the latest UK game!
